Ten Moons Midwifery

Sage Gargle ½ c Sage, 1 qt Water ¼ c Sea salt 1 c Vinegar 1 t. Cayenne Infuse the sage in boiled water for 20 – 30 minutes. Strain and discard the herb. To the infusion add the sea salt and stir to dissolve. Add vinegar and cayenne pepper. Bottle and label for use. Use liberally to gargle often at the first signs of a sore throat.
